What happens if you get caught trying to buy smokes underage?
If you walk into a gas station and try to smokes underage, and they ask for your ID and your under 18, what do they? Just tell you that they cant sell you any? Make you call your parents? Call the cops? If you refuse to call your parents, what do they do?

Usually they just refuse to sell them, them may call the cops and you could get a ticket, but most stores don’t bother.

They just won’t sell you any. They’re very unlikely to call the police for such a minor offense.

depends on the gas station, Some sell single cigs which is illegal, Their in business to make money, if they think they can get away with it and you look old enough. Nothing.

I remember when gas stations and Bowling Alleys had the cigarette machines. Anyone could walk up and purchase them. You didn’t need any I.D.

You can get a fake id.
You can get someone who’s 18 that will buy them for you.
If they ask you for ID, you just leave.
Go to a convenience store and make friends with the cashier – they will sell them to you.

ok so first he will lock the door call the cops and the cops will take you to detention center until your parents and then for punishment they will come to your school and spank you in front of everybody. i know because i’ve seen it happen! hahaaha

No.. As long as you’re not dumb about it nothing will happen. If you get caught with a fake somehow you might get in trouble but otherwise just say you left it at home and walk out. Same works for booze.
