Thanks davey, but the problem was the ring size, not used to the 70 gauge. Rowing sounds like fun, but I think I will keep riding my bicycle 30-40 miles on weekends, weather permitting. Who is JBL?

awsome vid man but you look like you’re having a real hard time breathing. Smoking’ll do that to ya i guess hehe. But you can’t really give up that hobby just too sweet to let go. I’m not trying to insinuate anything but what helped me was the rowing machine, i lost about 100lbs in a like 5ish months and it doesn’t feel anything like running, but works out more parts of your body than running does. Look into it, it’s a good way to stay in shape and get more breath. Gl and keep on keepin on!!!
